Monitron Gateway Connection Issue

Question

I am trying to connect the gateway to my project using the Amazon monitron mobile app. After setting the gateway into commissioning mode, the app locates the gateway and attempts to connect via Bluetooth. Have you checked the [troubleshooting page](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Monitron/latest/user-guide/gateway-failure-Wi-Fi.html) for the Gateway documentation - it might have hints that allow you to identify the problem.
If the issue still persists, I recommend [resetting the gateway to factory settings](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Monitron/latest/user-guide/commissioning-button-Wi-Fi.html) and trying again.
