computer was formatted and s-3 browser was re-installed. But sit was not to be seen. Therefore I reloaded the web site again from our back up. But site www.miniaturelovers.com is partially down. I can see few pages but majority of pages cannot be seen. Why. ? Urgent reply awaited.

  • Hi, you need to clarify a few things to get help. What's the architecture of your website? You mention s3 but what other components? How is content split across those components? Which did you reload from backups? What does formatting your compouter and reinstalling an S3 browser have to do with whether your public website was working or not?

I saw your web pages are behind Cloudfront and maybe the pages are located in S3. If yes, you can try to setup OAC (Origin Access Control) to provide the access control from CloudFront to S3 by following links.

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/private-content-restricting-access-to-s3.html https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/s3-website-cloudfront-error-403/

If the issue is not caused by OAC, then you can check the troubleshooting suggestions: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/cloudfront-troubleshoot-403-errors/
