I have already created a SES account, the AWS has approved my request to move it to production, yet I am still having to verify emails, to whom, I intend to send content, which it shouldn't, as once SES moves to a production state, then, you can send out emails/content to any recipient without having to verify them in the first place.
So my question is, as to why is this happening. I already use this in another aws account without a problem.
