cloudshell not working

i get this error when i try to open cloudshell

"Unable to start the environment. To retry, refresh the browser or restart by selecting Actions, Restart AWS CloudShell."

i am new to AWS

Hi,

I would suggest you to try the following

  1. Use Chrome or Firefox for CloudShell, preferably in the same order as mentioned.
  2. If the issue still persists, clear out cache, cookies and try again
