Which product or service is this subscription for?

AWS re:Post is a community support forum for Amazon Web Services, which is not to same as Amazon Prime or Amazon the retailer.

If this is about either of them then use the contact details on their website - do a Google search to find them - and the details might also be on the email that you may have received when you signed up to the subscription.

If it's about being unfairly billed by AWS your best course of action is to log a billing support case https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/billing-get-answers.html#billing-support
