Why I have a new VPC service ~$200 charged starting in February while I did not change anything ?

This month I can see a ~$200 increase which comes from VPC while I didn't change anything recently. How con I find the reason for this ?

Hello.

AWS has started charging for public IPv4 since February, so that may be related.
