How to create AWS Services not using account name?

My customer created account for me but asked me: please do not use your account name for services creation because it can be removed in the future but services should work in any case. How can I create services (RDS, Lambda etc) other way? i.e. not using account name? what to use?

Hi, an account doesn't have a name: it has only an id (12-digit number) Can you explain what you mean by "account name"?
