Can you clarify a few things in your setup?
Is a Safari web browser being used for the source? What version of Safari? (Safari Web is mentioned yet directions indicate mobile IOS device)
What Portrait mode is being selected Basic or Standard?
On what player devices is the stretching occurring? IOS? Android?
iOS Safari is the source of the video as for the version of Safari its the version on iOS 16.3.1 (currently the newest version of iOS).
I am using Standard Portrait.
The issue is not on the player device but the broadcast device. If you go to the codepen I shared on an iOS device you will see that video preview is stretched for the broadcaster.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We are looking into it and will update you as soon as possible.

Hey @Slushy - I'm looking into this. Will get back to you as soon as I can.
Rotating the device seems to fix the stretch effect, unfortunately if they switch video input it comes back. How do I do this without telling the user to rotate their device back and forth?
