Sonuds like the user you are logged in as doesnt have the appropiate permissions. Check your IAM user permissions

The user have administrative rights. It couldn't be caused by missing permissions.

Hello.
This may also be a problem with your browser or PC, so try changing your browser, accessing the management console from an incognito window, or accessing the management console from a different PC or network.

I'm having the same issue. My user, which has administrator access, used to be able to see everything in this bucket. Accessing from incognito window doesn't work.
I'm having the same issue... I noticed it initially due to errors from the aws cli - s3 cp - gives error: [SSL: WRONG_VERSION_NUMBER] wrong version number (_ssl.c:1010). This happened out of the blue - I was working fine, performing s3 cp operations, and then I started getting the SSL error. I'm running aws cli v 2.25 (aws-cli/2.25.2 Python/3.12.9 Darwin/23.6.0 exe/x86_64). Went to the console to attempt a manual upload to s3 via the console, and I got the red "unexpected error occurred". It's the same account I always use, with no changes - it just stopped working.
