Permission problem

Hi, we find there is a very serious problem about the Workmail Permission function.
We use AWS Console to set Permission in user A to allow user B to have Full Access and Send As permissions.
User B use Workmail web application to login his account, find that he can add all other users' folders in the Open other inbox, so he can read all users' emails in the organization.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your users. I took a look at your account and it seems for 1 organization you have configured a migration admin. Could that be the user that can open all Mailboxes?

Sorry for making a mistake. I just found out that is exactly what you said here. The user B is the migration admin.
