Hello. We have a problem with Amazon Workmail. I can send an email to our account, the message will be received, but I as a sender receive a Non-delivery message with a error Content-Type: message/delivery-status Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Description: Delivery Status Notification

Reporting-MTA: dns; inbound-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com Arrival-Date: Thu, 01 Sep 22 12:30:43 UTC

Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822; customerservice@domain.com Original-Recipient: rfc822; customerservice@domain.com Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 451 4.3.0 This message could not be delivered due to a recipient error. Please try again later. Status: 4.3.0

This happens when I send from gmail account to amazon workmail. All other senders (protonmail, for example) works fine.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems receiving mail. I checked with the service team but your account seems to be configured correctly and they do not see any problems that would cause that bounce.

Is there anything specific about that sender or mail that you can pass, this can help the service team investigate this.

Kind regards, Robin

ps. I replace the domain from your message.
