I am creating a user to access carbon footprint tool reports and the described policy does not appear:

sustainability:GetCarbonFootprintSummary

Hi, the sustainability:GetCarbonFootprintSummary permission is available in IAM. See below screenshot. Enter image description here

Please check if you have sufficient IAM access to view all available policies.

Thanks for the quick reply I have created a new account in aws. I go to IAM to list the policies and it still doesn't show up in the new account.
