AWS charging for direct connect

Question

Hello, I have two VPC(VPA A & VPC B) in same region. Both are associated with direct connect gateway and than to direct connect using private virtual interface.

Question.

For above scenario will I will be charged only for egress traffic from Direct connect?

Hello,

See below from the [FAQ](https://aws.amazon.com/directconnect/faqs/), Check the pricing page as well. You will be charged for Port hours and Data transfer out (DTO) and note DX-GW (DirectConnect Gateway) itself has no charges.

**Q: Are there additional fees when using AWS Direct Connect gateway and working with remote AWS Regions?**
