HLS output file not containing references to CMAF or TS segments

This issue is only related to the created HLS Manifest, DASH Manifest works perfectly. There are no references to cmfv or cmfa segments in m3u8 manifest and on playback this error is repeated: Problem encountered with playlist 0-placeholder-uri-AUDIO-program_audio_0-Alternate Audio
