SSL Cert not renewing

I have an SSL Cert that expired today and it is pending validation. I have DNS validation for the cert and some of the DNS entries were missing. I went ahead and added in the missing DNS entries as the site has been down all day.

Cert ARN is: arn:aws:acm:us-east-1:161976503557:certificate/9949ca08-f3a1-40f8-832a-ddee7efc10ee
Can someone please trigger a renewal? I had to do this on another account that wouldn't renew before and I need to get this back up ASAP.

Rant: I really wish support would be revamped for organizations... I already pay on 3 accounts (more than $15k/month) and yet other accounts that have a hiccup once a year isn't worth the hefty price tag.
