Yes, you can connect Amazon Managed Grafana to Aurora DSQL. Since Aurora DSQL is PostgreSQL-compatible, you can use the PostgreSQL data source plugin in Grafana to establish this connection.
Amazon Managed Grafana supports connecting to PostgreSQL databases (which is available in Grafana v6.6+). Since Aurora DSQL provides specialized connectors that extend existing PostgreSQL workflows while maintaining compatibility, you should be able to connect to it using the standard PostgreSQL data source in Grafana.
When setting up the connection, you'll need to provide the standard PostgreSQL connection parameters such as host, database name, user credentials, SSL mode, etc. For authentication, Aurora DSQL supports IAM authentication, which you may want to leverage for secure access.
The AWS Data Sources plugin in Amazon Managed Grafana can help you discover and connect to AWS resources, though you'll need to ensure you have the appropriate permissions configured for your Grafana workspace to access the Aurora DSQL cluster.
