Hi,
As some extra information, with AWS WorkMail, you only pay for enabled users. If you no longer want to use WorkMail for a user or all of them. All you have to do is to disable a user. If you need to fully terminate WorkMail you can delete the organization, this action cannot be undone!
Data for the users is deleted 30 days after the disable date. (You do not pay for the the storage during this period).
