SES is not sending emails to Hotmail users

We are using SES service in our application, we were able to send emails to Yahoo mail, and Gmail but could not send Hotmail/live mail users. There is no error message showing up in the logs . DomainKeys Identified Mail settings were configured. Can some one help how to resolve this issue.

    Did you find a solution? I am currently experiencing the same issue. Only Hotmail users do not receive my emails
