RME Monitron Sensor pairing issues

Through our RME Monitron dashboard we are not able to connect new sensors to our equipment. We get an No NFC Scanner error.

Thankyou, I think my issue is im not able to access monitron through my IOS app. Only web browser currently. When I try to submit a project into the app it says it is invalid.
