Is there a way to translate services to another account?

There are some AWS Service resources which can be moved/shared between accounts like AMIs, EBS snapshots and etc, but every service is different in design and architecture. So it is recommended to check each service that you are utilizing, service by service, and see if a specific resources is feasible for migrating or sharing to cross-account. For clarity, this is an example of migrating EC2 Instace or AMI to another AWS account.

Without further details its not exactly clear what you are trying to achieve. You could consider AWS Resource Access Manager.
