issue login to AWS account

Question

Recently I faced an issue when I am trying to login to AWS account. after I entered my root username I get windows message to enter security code captcha,  I entered the words and nothing happen and it asked me again to enter captcha!
when I tried with Private browser I don't have any issue and i can login to consol.
I tested with Chrome, Brave , and Edge browser and all have same manner.
