Can't verify my WorkMail using Lightsail DNS

0

I migrate DNS from Route53 to lightsail and now i can't verify my WorkMail. I manualy add TXT, MX, CNAME records. Some's is ok, but TXT record for domain ownership failed with error "The DNS record was found, but the value is not what's expected." I coppied value there and check if it's correct, and seems OK. I verified it with nslookup and dig commands and values are correct. So i don't know where's problem. In re:Post is lot's of similiar question but no one got it fixed.

I moved my account from Amazon SES sandbox to production and add DNS TXT record without "_amazonses" in record name. Instead i use "@". Now it's working. I don't know which one helped. But maybe it's help someone.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with the domain verification. I checked your account and it seem the organization you have has 1 custom domain and the verification status is ok for now but the required value does not match what is should be since a few days. Did you make any changes recently?

Kind regards, Robin
