Not able to ssh to Lightsail instance using its public ipv6

Question

I have an ubuntu lighsail instance having both ipv4 and ipv6. I am able to connect to it using ipv4 but not ipv6. I have ports open for both as below.

What exactly am I missing?

Is IPv6 available not only for Lightsail but also for the connection source?  
Also, check if Lightsail recognizes IPv6.

Hi,

Are you sure your local machine such as laptop has an IPv6 address, allows IPv6 traffic/DNS/etc and your Internet Service Provider (ISP) supports IPv6 ?

You could try some online tools to confirm your local IPv6 setup to ensure the issue isn't at your local machine side.
