Selling an AWS AMI in India

I am from India and I want to sell an AMI. However, accounts registered with AISPL are not allowed to sell on Amazon Marketplace. What is the best possible way to sell an AMI (with hourly/monthly charges) without the headache of extra listing charges or creating a website etc., i.e. something like AWS marketplace that takes a cut from the fees rather having upfront charges.
