Case is not creating upon a voicecall

when a customer calls business A case will be created. But it is not creating recently.

Hello,

I would check whether the connect:CreateCase action is included in the IAM permission, Try to create a case manually and see if that works. Are customer profiles still associated to users? Also, check Cloudtrails logs or CloudWatch metrics to identify any suspects on the issue
