Polly Question regarding SSML settings

I noticed that the Polly SSML "newscast" only works with two voices: Mathew,Male and Joanna, Female. Is that correct or am I missing something?

Yes, correct.
The documentation states the following.

** These voices can be used with Newscaster speaking styles when used with the Neural format. For more information, see NTTS Newscaster Speaking Style.
