AWS Region selection for client

I have deploy 3 fargate tasks in 3 different regions and each of them are in different url. Now, if there is a user wanted to connect to the service, I'll need to help user to select the AWS region for them, as latency/geolocation is just one of the criteria. Is there anyway that I can have a latency data for references when I wanted to do the match-making?

With route53 you can use the latency based routing. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/TutorialTransitionToLBR.html
