Amazon Q is charging me and i didn't launch it.

I have not launched Amazon Q in my console but still received a bill. On inquiring they are saying you may launch this service. I have checked everywhere and found I have never used Amazon Q nor it is in my list of services. I fear, the charges still incur next month if I do not do anything to solve it. Help me to find out how to remove the services, I did not find the option to unsubscribe because I have not subscribed to it. Still, the system is incurring the charges.

As you can see in the image below, Amazon Q Business charges are being incurred in the Northern Virginia region.
So, open the Amazon Q Business console in the Northern Virginia region.
If you open the Amazon Q Business console and cancel your subscription by following the steps in the document below, you will no longer be charged for Amazon Q Business.

    Thanks. I did not find the unsubscribe button but I found the application created by me. I have deleted the application in Amazon Q business, N.virginia. Does that do the work?

    Since it is an index fee, I think it is probably okay if the application can be deleted.

What exactly am I being charged for on Amazon Q?
Amazon Q has several functions, so it's difficult to give advice unless you can identify which of them is being billed.
