Number of telephone lines that inbound calls simultaneously

Question

I want to know the telephone lines that inbound calls simultaneously.(outbound calls too)  
Does anyone know?

Hi Kenji,  
  
No worries at all... Amazon Connect has "service limits", the concurrent calls by default is 100. This can be increased by raising a Service Limit Increase request
