TEXTRACT DRIVER LICENSE DOES NOT RETURN EYECOLOR DATA FOUND ON BOTTOM OF LICENSE
Why does Textract studio GUI not return** EYE color and GENDER at the bottom of the driver license? In fact all the other keys here are irrelevant!
Azure can do it ... OOB.

Thanks for using Textract. As a machine learning service, AWS Textract might not detect all the results in certain documents. However, we are continuously improving our quality. If you can keep an eye on AWS Textract public release, which is the channel we use to announce quality update. Do you mind sharing your sample document that we can take a look and understand why it did not work for your use case?

Yes i can can i mail it to you Fang? are you from product? I compared it to Azure Forms Rec - They were able to extract it and that was OOB
I am new to Amazon came from Msft. What channel is that ?
