My backend server are not running.

How to set up my inbound and outbound rules if I received the following error in nginx error log.

"connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream" Also what should the client and host be? They are different than my instance's public ip and private ip.

What are you current inbound security rules? Typical inbound rules for a website without a load balance would be 80, 8080 and 443 to cover HTTP/HTTPS.
