Hello,
You can get more Elastic IP on request. You can then attach/reattach them for your EC2 instances.
If you feel your architecture warrants additional Elastic IP addresses, complete the Amazon EC2 Elastic IP Address Request Form[1]. Describe your use case so that we can understand your need for additional addresses.
