It appears you're encountering an error related to invalid phone numbers while trying to register a domain. This is a common issue that can occur during the domain registration or renewal process. The error message suggests that the phone numbers you've provided for the administrative, owner, technical, and billing contacts are not in a valid format.
To resolve this issue, ensure that all phone numbers are entered in the correct format. For AWS services, phone numbers typically need to be in the following format:
- Start with a '+' symbol
- Followed immediately by the country code (no spaces)
- Then the rest of the phone number digits (no spaces, hyphens, or parentheses)
For example, a US number should look like: +18005551234
Some additional tips to help resolve this issue:
- Double-check that you've entered the country code correctly.
- Remove any spaces, hyphens, or parentheses from the phone number.
- Ensure the number is capable of receiving SMS, as some AWS services require this for verification purposes.
- If you're using a landline, try using a mobile number instead, as some systems prefer mobile numbers for verification.
If you've verified that your phone numbers are in the correct format and you're still encountering this error, you may want to try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or using a different browser. If the problem persists, it would be advisable to contact AWS Support for further assistance, as they can provide more specific guidance based on your account details.
