Apparently, selecting the serverless option(in the link below) for Amazon Redshift does not come with any special features. so one can conclude only that the service level agreement (SLA) guarantees a monthly uptime of 99.99% and in case of unavailability, Amazon will provide a service credit to the customer.

Do you claim four nines (99,99%) ? Is it any default uptime for services on mentioned in https://aws.amazon.com/legal/service-level-agreements ? Redshift (clustered) has uptime 99,9% Why serverless has four nines?
