Hi,
If you're using a custom domain you can still be over the allowed sending limit. Have you been sending a lot of mail? I can be that your account has been limited due to abuse concerns. If this is the case please check you Personal health dashboard in your AWS account for a reach out message.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems sending mail. This error is returned when you have reached the sending limit of your account. Are you using a custom domain or the free awsapps.com domain? The free awsapps.com domain has a very low limit.

The personal health dashboard has no entry, which means nothing in that.. all clean.
Is there any panel where I can check the allowed sending limit ( WorkMail allowed sending limit for my domain or Organization )
Hi,
No there is no way to verify what your limit is. If you're entitled to support I would suggest to create a support case to see what account limits are applied.
