The problem here is that unfortunately I am unable to contact support as apparently "Technical support is unavailable under the Basic Plan". However these are my identities, the email addresses belong to the second verified domain on the list.
Same issue here - I received the same email from Amazon and all of my domains are verified. I also can't reach support as I'm on a basic plan. I mean seriously Amazon - we're paying you for the service, you should provide support for that.
