SES - New requirements for senders

0

I've received an email telling about the new requirements for Gmail and Yahoo. All good.

On the bottom of the email, it reads:

Your account has at least one email address identity sending email without a matching verified domain identity. This may result in reduced ability to send to some email recipients.

I don't have any email on the sending email list outside the list of verified domains. Is this an error on Amazon or just a bulk email that goes like that to everyone?

This message is a warning to inform you that sending emails from email addresses not associated with a verified domain may impact your ability to deliver emails to certain recipients. If you are confident that all your email addresses are associated with verified domains, and you still receive this warning, it might be worth reaching out to Amazon SES support for clarification

Dear @Debolek thank you for your reply.

The problem here is that unfortunately I am unable to contact support as apparently "Technical support is unavailable under the Basic Plan". However these are my identities, the email addresses belong to the second verified domain on the list. Identities

Same issue here - I received the same email from Amazon and all of my domains are verified. I also can't reach support as I'm on a basic plan. I mean seriously Amazon - we're paying you for the service, you should provide support for that.
