Verification of Identity in SES not working

0

I created 4 new identities in SES. Two worked perfectly the other two are stuck in verification pending for over 72 hours. As all of the DNS records are in Route 53 i simply used the push from the SES wizard to create all the various DNS records. By doing this I don't believe there can be any issue with mistyping, and the records instantly updated in the corresponding DNS zone. None were typed or copy/pasted simply push via the Dkim process. One of them I deleted the DNS zone and recreated and re pushed the Dkim records again they showed up perfectly but again did not verify. And then tried the reverse, delete the SES identity and recreated pushing the Dkim records. Same result.

What are your options at this point?

Hello.

Is it possible to resolve names for DNS host zones that failed validation?
For example, is it possible to perform name resolution using the steps in the document below?

In some cases, there may be a problem with the domain, so you may want to open a case with AWS Support under "Account and Billing" and consult with them.

I found a "solution" for this. if you notice in my original post, I mentioned I deleted the dns zone and recreated and then in a separate attempt i deleted the SES setup and recreated, neither fixed it. This time I did both, just wiped it out completely and restarted both dns and ses, everything the same and it verified within 15 minutes.
