Sounds like the DNS is cached in your browser. Have you tried deleting your browser history or doing a hard refresh (ctl + f5)?

I would check your browser plugins. These are usually disable in incognito.
How to check which plugin is restricting, any steps?
Disable them one-by-one until you can load the site.
