Amazon Q Business : application OK for apps and KO for Conversations.

I built an application with Amazon Q Business. It is fully functional when I use it via an apps. But every time I use the conversation in the chat and whatever the prompt, I always have after a while the same answer: /!\ The server stopped responding.

We have the solution... Only need to don't use VPN. Problalby my problem is the access to endpoint !!!
