Amazon Q Business Exclude Mailboxes

Hi all, I have set up Amazon Q Business with Microsoft Exchange connector but want to exclude Amazon Q Business from crawling specific users’ mailboxes. Is there a way to do?

I know there is a way to exclude crawling emails sent/received by a specific user but am wondering if there is a way to exclude crawling an entire mailbox of a user.

Hi, Sync Scope is where you decide which users to include/exclude from the scope of crawling. Under Sync Scope settings, enter User ID as email addresses for the mailboxes you want to exclude or include.
