Hello, As per the information provided above, you mentioned you are using Cisco Any Connect Client to connect to the AWS environment Client VPN endpoint deployed in a region & are facing issues with the client where it disconnects initially before connecting. Is the understanding correct ?

If not, it would be important to know the exact scenario before providing any solutions & hence I recommend reaching out to AWS Premium Support team to explain the scenario in order to get the issue isolated from both client/server end.
