Time between emailed invoice and credit card charge

0

I am seeking information on the financial arrangements associated with an account. I represent a church that wishes to backup their web sites to AWS. However, the financial people have a requirement that they must be able to view an invoice before the monthly charge for the storage service is debited from the credit card. So, my question is: How much time is given between the time an invoice is sent out and the time the credit card is changed for the monthly storage cost?

The bill is finalized the beginning of the month, the default payment method is then charged usually between the third and fifth day. https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/monthly-aws-billing/#:~:text=Your%20AWS%20bill%20for%20the,check%20the%20bill%2FInvoiceID%20column.

  • Is the invoice emailed on the first day of the month?
