일부 국가에서 접근 불가능한 문제

사용하고 있는 Server는 LightSail이고, 현재 아시아 Tokyo 서버로 설정하여 이용 중 입니다. 일부 사용자가 중국에서 사용할 필요가 있는데 중국에서 해당 서버의 url 접근이 불가능한 상태입니다. 일부 국가에서 Tokyo서버로 접근하지 못하게 설정이 되어있나요?
