Endless Login Loop Cycle

0

Hi there,

So my card expired and my account was suspended without me realising. I would like to pay my bill and regain access. Upon login I'm redirected to a page (below) telling me that I must visit the "Payments" section to pay my outstanding debt to regain access to my account. When clicking the link I am redirected and asked to login again. I'm then redirected to this page again. And so begins the cycle.

Account Locked

I've contacted the customer service agents via: https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-account-support

I've had multiple generic responses like "I see you're having problems accessing your account, visit x link to reset your password" or "please visit x link (which requires you sign in) to fill out this form and we will get back to you".

And yes, before you suggest it, I've tried troubleshooting on my end.. clearing the cache, cookies, using another browser/device. It seems its a bug with my account or the aws system.

console log of the error is here: Console Log

It doesn't matter the route, seems it enters me into the login loop cycle.

I only managed to get access to this resource by creating a "Builder Profile". But I'm unable to get any help from other means on this issue. Not sure where else to go.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I'm sorry for the frustration this must have caused.

Please note that you cannot reopen or access your account if it's been suspended for more than 90 days. If your account has been suspended for less than 90 days, I'd strongly advise that you reach out using the contact form one more time. Be sure to state in detail the issues you're facing as well as the error messages you're receiving:

https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-account-support.

Our Support team can then take a closer look to see if there are any issues on our end.

Regards,

- Craig M.
