Getting emaisl saying I have almosr reached my free tier monthly usage?
I signed up for AWS awhile ago. Never have used any services, that I know of. I have never received a message until last month. It's the first time I have ever got any mail from AWS. I am not using anything. I don't have any VM's or containers. So I am trying to figure out what the message is about? I have looked through my account and I can not find anything at all that is showing me what this free usage is, when it expires or what it's for? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Hello,
This article will with identifying any services using resources to prevent exceeding the free tier: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/stop-future-free-tier-charges/.
If you need further assistance you can raise a billing case through Support Center, this doc will walk you through the process: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html.
