Can I use MADA cards to create an AWS account and pay for AWS exams

You do not need to create an AWS account to take the AWS certification exam.
To take the AWS certification exam, you need to create an AWS certification account and make a reservation with Pearson VUE.

You can pay for your AWS certification exam using the credit cards listed in the document below.
A credit card should be required as mentioned, so if a MADA card is not a credit card, I don't think it can be used.
