LightSail - Black screen with cursor

Question

Hi,
I just started a new instance using a snapshot.
Few minutes  later i tried the browser-based SSH client.
I just get a black screen and the cursor in the top left.
* Using Putty i get the same result.
* I retried 1 hour later but no luck.
* Reboot no change
* Shutdown then Start no change

**Update 1 : The browser-based SSH client  ends up giving me the  UPSTREAM_NOT_FOUND [519]**

So i tried to add a Launch Script

> *sudo ufw disable
sudo iptables -F
sudo mv /etc/hosts.deny /etc/hosts.deny_backup
sudo touch /etc/hosts.deny
sudo systemctl enable sshd
sudo systemctl restart sshd*

Still not working

**Update 2 : Find  some Instance status check failures**

Check the troubleshooting section
it s not a disk usage issue , i m only using 39%

burstable zone :  i m not higher than 12 %

What can I do ?  
Any magic scripts ?

What are the specs for your instance? Do you encounter the same issue when you create a new instance from scratch instead of creating from a snapshot?

Additionally, ensure that your instance has opened the default SSH port `22`

SSH port is opened

If I create a brand new instance from scratch it works  ...
So it means that all the daily snapshots i have are corrupted ... no way
