Cognito user pool client call-back URL updating.

I am updating the call-back URLs using SDK API call after updating using SDK JavaScript if I try to edit any property in AWS::Cognito::UserPoolClient it will delete the call-back URL updated using SDK I want a solution for that if I update any property of AWS::Cognito::UserPoolClient in cloud formation template it need not affect the other property for example if I update AllowedOAuthScopes property in AWS::Cognito::UserPoolClient it need to update call-back URL.
