QUOTA: Increase number of workgroups > 1000

I checked from the service quota screen, but there seemed to be no link to apply.
Therefore, we assume that it cannot be increased by the user.

There is a possibility that the amount cannot be increased, but just to be safe, I recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" and inquire.
