inspector2 scan frequency

we enabled Inspector 2 to scan our registries. Dev pushed some new images over 20 hours ago, they are still not scanned, (we setup continous scanning). if I want to see their vulnerabilities by clicking on see findings I got a Scan status: PENDING message. any ideas?

the workaround mentioned in https://repost.aws/questions/QUwKOZkWxWTE-8oZ_4Dg9O1Q/amazon-ecr-enhanced-scanning helps us too
